Biography:

Supergirl, also known as Kara Zor-El, is a prominent superhero in the DC Comics universe. She is the cousin of Superman, originating from the planet Krypton.

Like Superman, Kara was sent to Earth as Krypton faced destruction. However, her spacecraft was caught in a phantom zone, delaying her arrival and causing her to be significantly younger upon landing than her famous cousin.

Upon her arrival on Earth, Kara was taken in by Superman and given the secret identity of Linda Lee Danvers, adopting the name Supergirl. She possesses similar superpowers to Superman, including flight, super strength, invulnerability, and heat vision.
